About Victoria
Victoria has directed numerous successful organizational change processes, delivered conferences and
facilitated workshops throughout Mexico and Latin America for over 15 years.
She designed and delivered modules for the Government Innovation Diploma for the Mexican Presidency Office, and developed service culture programs for several State Secretariats and in organizations such as UNICEF, CANACO, CONCAMIN, ANIQ, AIESEC, and the Fundación Mexicana para la Calidad.
A business writer for several publications, she also works as a business analyst in the news program MONITOR. Victoria has worked with many international companies and brands including the pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics, FMCG, financial services, retail, automotive and IT industries.
