Performance management is a process. In order to manage it effectively we must first answer 3 key questions:
  • What is the current situation and what is the performance level of the organization?
  • What do we aim to achieve as a result of the performance management process?
  • How can we bridge the gap and manage performance in the organization successfully?
This practical, “how-to” course will equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills to effectively design and implement a performance management process that will help implement strategy successfully.

Target audience

Managers with a responsibility to operate an effective performance management system. The program can be also tailored to the needs of employees whose performance is evaluated in a performance management framework.
