About Claudia

Building on an international business career including ten years of people management and leadership, Claudia specializes in strategy implementation and intangible asset activation, notably people and brands. She has successfully led a number of international, cross-functional and strategic projects.
 
Claudia strongly believes in the key role of people in creating business excellence. Through her experience in areas like Strategic Partnership Development and Stakeholder Management she has built a capacity for identifying, organizing around, and building on this human factor as a driver of performance in organizations.
 
Claudia has worked with market-leading FMCG companies, holding various international marketing roles, including Coca-Cola and Carlsberg Breweries. She has served as a board member in ten companies and is a select member of the Women on Board association under DI (the confederation of Danish Industries).
