The process consists of 4 parts:
As a first step, you complete the online version of TMI’s Personal EQ Meter to assess your Emotional Intelligence before your learning. This assessment can be taken at a time and place most convenient to you. You will get personal feedback on your results from a certified TMI consultant.
The Personal EQ Meter will help you become better aware and conscious of your personal aptitudes and skills in dealing with emotional matters. It is a tool to bring to light the human qualities that may not be related to your professional skills, but which are all-important for anyone to be successful and do well in the organization.
This 2-day workshop will introduce you to what Emotional Intelligence is all about, and what the implications are for a leader in business. It will also give you rich opportunities to test, practice and hone your skills and competence in dealing with the emotional aspects of various emotionally sensitive, challenging leadership scenarios.

EI Leadership Activator is a board game, designed for use as a practical exercise following the Emotionally Intelligent Leadership program. EIL Activator will help you deepen your insights from the Emotionally Intelligent Leadership program, and experiment with style flexibility according to different situations.
Format
As a last step in the process, you can once again complete the online version of TMI’s Personal EQ Meter to assess your Emotional Intelligence after your development journey. You will get personal feedback on your results, progress made, and recommended next steps from a certified TMI consultant.
