Performance Management

Bringing performance management to life

Performance management is a process. In order to manage it effectively we must first answer 3 key questions:
  • What is the current situation and what is the performance level of the organization?
  • What do we aim to achieve as a result of the performance management process?
  • How can we bridge the gap and manage performance in the organization successfully?
This practical, “how-to” course will equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills to effectively design and implement a performance management process that will help implement strategy successfully.

Target audience

Managers with a responsibility to operate an effective performance management system. The program can be also tailored to the needs of employees whose performance is evaluated in a performance management framework.

Key learning points & outcomes

Performance management is a strategic and integrated approach to delivering sustained success to organizations by improving the performance of the people who work in them, and by developing the capabilities of teams and individual contributors.

The real concept of performance management is associated with an approach to creating a shared vision of the purpose and aims of the organization, helping each employee understand and recognize their part in contributing to them, and in so doing, managing and enhancing the performance of both individuals and the organization.
