Premier global brewery, Bulgaria – Developing talent, achieving results

Our client is a major brewery with global presence through a network of distributors and breweries. The company owns and manages one of the world’s leading portfolios of beer brands, and is one of the world’s top brewers in terms of both sales volume and profitability. In sync with their strong results-orientation, this client focuses heavily on developing a strong corporate culture and leadership approach that aims to achieve outstanding business results through inspired and empowered people. TMI was engaged to develop an integrated approach to identifying leadership potential in next generation managers, as well as the development needs of current middle and line managers.

We translated our client’s corporate philosophy and leadership competency model into a practical set of behaviors and principles that, if mastered, considerably improve leadership performance. Finally, we helped design and implement a structured leadership development program that meets individual learning needs and preferences.
