In view of the Olympic games in 2004 the port authority of Piraeus is reorganizing its operations and updating its infrastructure. TMI was asked to conduct an extended Energy Meter study to inspire personnel on the Employeeship factors and determine further company needs.

After the conclusion of the Energy Meter program, TMI was asked to assist the Port Authority in the definition of its Vision and familiarize managers with the Leadership Excellence concept. The latter program is under development and will be conducted early 2004.
