 |
Synopsis
The biggest tender ever announced in Hungary in Human Resource
training and consultancy - the Cultural Change project for the Hungarian
telecommunication company MATAV was won by TMI Hungary in April 1997 after
three rounds in fierce competition with several multinational management
companies.
MATAV employs no less than 16,000 people and has the
concession to almost the entire telecommunication area in Hungary up to the
year 2001, when the company will be competing freely with other suppliers. The
TMI programme, entitled Cultural Change, involved all employees from the top
down, and the aim was to provide better service to prepare the company for the
free competition they will soon be facing.
