Octavian Pantis is manager and partner in one of Romania’s largest and most successful training & consulting companies.

He set up the Romanian office of TMI in 1999, and today TMI Romania works mostly with large multinationals and has a highly qualified team of expert trainers and consultants.

He has personally run a large number of training & consulting projects for companies like Philip Morris, Kraft Foods, Pepsi, AIG Life and Connex, all with a powerful impact.

Octavian Pantis is a trained manager, holding a bachelor’s degree in International Business Relations and having attended a number of post-graduate studies on International Marketing and also Management. On top of this, he has international certification from TMI to run a number of consulting and training projects. Before joining TMI, he gained significant experience in FMCG and Advertising.

With a very good command of English, a growing number of Mr. Pantis’ training sessions are for international management teams, in Romania or abroad.

His outside interests are in extreme sports and rally-driving.
