Claus Møller is internationally known as a keynote speaker and consultant in his field. He has been involved in the turnaround of numerous organisations. His concepts and ideas were implemented by Scandinavian Airlines System and British Airways. As a result both airlines received international recognition for their exceptional service quality and profitability.

Not only airlines benefited from TMI programmes. Other major clients followed with "wall-to-wall" training programmes, e.g. ABB, American Express, Apple Computer, AT&T, Audi VW, Avon, Benetton, BP, Chevron, Crédit Suisse, Daimler Chrysler, DHL, Ericsson, EU Commission, Exxon, Fiat, Ford, GE Capital, GM, Glaxo Wellcome, Hewlett Packard, IBM, IKEA, Japan Airlines, Lufthansa, 3M, Mars, Matav, Merck, Motorola, Shell, Sony, Toyota, Unisys and Volvo.

Claus Møller coined the concept of “Employeeship”, i.e. what it takes to be a good employee. By implementing this concept, numerous organisations have mobilised the positive energy of all employees and promoted everyone's responsibility loyalty and initiative.

In 1990, the UK Department of Trade and Industry published a study on 8 "Quality Gurus" and their methodologies with the aim of putting into context those concepts and approaches to quality that have made and are continuing to make the most major impact on manufacturing and service industries. The only European guru included in the study is Claus Møller. The TMI quality concept adds a new crucial dimension to traditional quality thinking: The human side of quality. TMI focuses not only on the quality of products and services but also on the quality of the people producing them.

Claus Møller is a member of the World Presidents' Organisation, and in 1994, he was appointed honorary member of All India Management Association.
