Niels-Henrik Gottlieb is an inspiring and competent management consultant with many years of international experience of training and education.

Niels’s early career was as an officer in the Danish army. He later gained a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Copenhagen. He has had extensive experience with several international companies, in the capacity of Research Executive, Training and Selection Manager, Marketing Manager and International Marketing Director.

Niels joined the TMI group in Scandinavia in 1984 as Instructor/Consultant. He is an experienced programme instructor, on both company and personal level, in Management and Employeeship, Time and Results Management, Personal Quality, Putting People First, Presentation Skills, and Brain Skills.

Niels lived and worked in New Zealand and Australia 1987-1991. He then moved back to Europe for a few years to work as Consultant and Instructor, especially in Russia, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Scandinavia. Later, he returned to New Zealand again to take up the position of Managing Director of TMI Pacific.

Niels is now back in Denmark at TMI’s head office where he is working as a programme instructor and management consultant.
