Mr. Konstantinos (Kostas) Hatzigeorgiou was born in Sao Paolo, Brazil, in 1969. He is a Greek national.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the College of Southeastern Europe, an M.Sc. in Investment Analysis from the University of Sterling and an M.B.A. in International Marketing from the University of Sunderland.

Mr. Hatzigeorgiou has extensive experience in Business Consulting as he has worked for a number of companies spanning a broad spectrum of industries. He specialises in Strategic Business Planning, Marketing Planning, Sales Network Development, Financial Planning and Human Resources Management & Development.

He has served as a Client Service Manager, Client Service Director and Senior Consultant & Partner for Emphasis Consulting S.A. (1995-2000), which merged with PRC Group – The Management House in 2001. He has also served as General Manager of TMI Greece and Chief Operating Officer of TMI A/S.

He currently holds the position of Managing Director for TMI A/S and the position of Operations Director for PRC Group – The Management House.
