| Mirja Højbjerg Olesen is educated as a psychologist and holds a Cand. Psych. (M.Sc.) degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen and a Master of Science degree (M.Sc.) in Occupational Psychology from Queen’s University of Belfast. Since 2001 Mirja has worked intensively on the concept of emotional intelligence. She is primarily responsible for the research and development of TMI’s Emotional Intelligence test, TMI's accreditation education in applying the personal evaluation tool: Personal EQ Meter and coaching of managers and staff. Mirja works with TMI’s clients and on the in-company education of TMI’s consultants globally. In addition to experience of emotional intelligence Mirja has worked on a wide range of subjects related to psychology, e.g. working environment, tuition, personal testing, research, team-building, coaching, employee involvement, user-friendly design and creativity processes.
