Intelligence: Accept Criticism with Thanks
This interview with Claus Møller, featured in the Danish daily
paper “Politiken” is focused on TMI’s recently launched emotional intelligence
tests, which have among other things indentified the characteristics and
behaviour patterns that make successful business managers, salespeople, etc. A
feature common to successful managers is their ability to accept criticism as
shown by surveys conducted by TMI.
