| Treat yourself to a week in Provence learning the essence of leadership principles that work. Attend a unique, concise executive learning programme in a relaxed and inspiring environment in the South of France. The need for a practical leadership education The market offers a wide range of advanced management and leadership education opportunities of several months' duration. Many of these programmes are based on academic principles and theoretical models rather than a practical approach - how to solve concrete problems and achieve everyday results. To meet the need for a very practical education, TMI has developed this concise programme for executives who want concrete guidance and tools to identify and develop their own leadership potential and inspire others to bring out their best. The education provides the hands-on knowledge, techniques and insights it takes to apply practical leadership skills. It enables the participants to directly implement and integrate in their daily work what they have learned. The Practical Leadership course contains the essence of TMI's MPL programme - a unique four-week international executive education where the participants achieve an MPL diploma. Benefits On this concise programme, the participants will gain insight into a number of practical leadership skills, which would normally have taken them years to acquire. They will learn how to implement and live the principles of practical leadership. They will learn how they themselves and their organisation/team can achieve better results. They will meet other interesting participants and get the opportunity for many years to come to contribute to and profit from the international network they will become part of. The participants will receive a diploma after having completed the course. TMI Faculty The programme is taught mainly by Claus Moller together with one or several other leading specialists and other members of the TMI faculty. Venue The PL education takes place in TMI's Learning Centre in Cotignac, in the heart of Provence. "Les 4 Moulins", which is surrounded by vineyards in a genuine Provencal village setting offers a pleasant and relaxed environment, ideal for learning and building relationships. The atmosphere is more like that of a private home than a conference centre. The participants will stay in cosy single rooms with own or shared bathroom. "Les 4 Moulins" offers a number of leisure time activities like tennis, table tennis, swimming, sauna, jacuzzi, mini-golf, boule, bicycling and nature walks.
